Russia’s Sberbank files 2.3 bln rbl suit vs Uralvagonzavod

MOSCOW, Feb 24 (PRIME) -- Russia’s biggest bank Sberbank has filed a 2.3 billion ruble suit against railway equipment and tank maker Uralvagonzavod to the Arbitration Court of the Omsk Region, a representative for the court told PRIME Wednesday.

In the suit filed on February 20 the bank demanded the company redeem debts under two credit agreements signed in 2015. The court scheduled preliminary hearings of the suit for March 17.
